About Nina Malterud
Nina Malterud (b. 1951) has been working as a ceramic artist since 1975, in Oslo and later in Bergen. She was Rector at Bergen National Academy of the Arts (KHiB) 2002-2010 and Professor in Ceramics 1994-2002, and has been involved in the organization and content of artistic research in Norway since 2000. She was member of the Steering Committee of the Norwegian Programme for Artistic Research 2003-2014 and responsible for the conference and publication series Sensuous Knowledge at KHiB 2004-2009. In 2022 she will have a large solo exhibition at KODE Art Museums and Composer Homes in Bergen.
